A unique gym experience second to none
I joined Crossfit Carnage in Jan 2011. Year after year my new years resolution has always been to get in better shape and like most other people; I would join a gym or start some work out plan at home and within a few weeks it will all go by the way side and I would be back to my old habits. The guys at Carnage changed all that. I am motivated everyday to get better and as time goes by I see myself doing things physically that I never thought possible. Unlike a regular gym you don't just stand around gawking at the people in way better shape than you. You come in and you get directly into the workout and you feel like you accomplished something at the end. The trainers are the best i've seen and they do more than just show up, they make sure you go hard but doing it safely. I would recommend to anyone no matter your fitness level... just give it a shot

Stop looking, you found the right place.
I've been a member of Crossfit Carnage for 14 months. Before that I was an aerobics girl and spent my life on spinning bikes and in kickboxing classes. I never thought I would find something that would make me literally never want to step foot inside an aerobics class again, until Crossfit Carnage came along. These guys taught me a more effective way of working out which anyone can do. An it's also fun :) Aside from the kick ass results you'll also gain a sense of personal strength that goes deeper than anything physical. I've developed mental toughness that I didn\'t think I had in me. It's such a powerful thing and I would have never even realized my true potential had it not been for the awesome coaches at Carnage. So stop looking, you found the right place! See you soon :)

This is the place to get into shape!
Tried other gyms before finding CrossFit Carnage, and after 4 months, it was the best decision I ever made. Attentive, knowledgeable instructors and supportive fellow members make it a great experience everyday, and I\'ve never felt better. This is definitely the place to go if you want to get in the best shape of your life.

Crossfit Carnage - the best thing I have done in a long time
I joined Crossfit Carnage 8 months ago - two weeks shy of my 49th birthday. Although I was very active when I was younger, for the prior 15 years I really hadn't done much physical activity. Since I joined I have made great improvement in my conditioning and strength. I am not yet where I want to be but I am far ahead of where i was. Going to the box has become an important daily event. Aside from the workout, I have made many true friends. Crossfit Carnage is excellent for anyone who is interested in improving their physical fitness. All comers will benefit - elite athletes, non-athletes and out of shape former athletes. And, I guarantee that everyone will feel welcome. I don't think you will find finer gym owners or people than Jason, Josh, Marc and Nick.

Healthier, stronger, more flexble, and happier due to Crossfit Carnage!
I am hitting my one year mark training with Crossfit Carnage! I am generally healthier, stronger, and more flexible with the training I have gotten at Carnage. The trainers are awesome! They keep you motivated and in check! I have never had the results nor the motivation that I get at Carnage! Both my waistline and my cholesterol levels have dropped to levels I have not seen in years! I owe it all to the training and the diet advice given at Carnage! Thanks Guys!

Carnage Rocks!!
I have been a member at Carnage for almost two years and i love it. After giving birth to twin boys only one year ago, the workouts at Carnage have bounced me right back to where i left off. I continue to improve my skills and my PRs. The coaches are very attentive and the other members are awesome as well. Thanks boys!

About CrossFit
Fitness in 100 Words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
